FILE REQUIREMENTS
What Files You Need to Provide
Gerber Files (RS-274X)
All copper layers, solder mask, silkscreen, paste, and board outline in RS-274X format. One file per layer.
Drill Files (Excellon)
Excellon format with tool list specifying hole sizes. Separate files for plated and non-plated holes if needed.
Board Outline
Closed contour defining the board shape. Can be in Gerber or DXF format. Include cutouts and slots.
Pick & Place / BOM
Optional for assembly orders. CSV or Excel format with component reference, value, footprint, and coordinates.

SURFACE FINISH OPTIONS
Select Your Surface Finish
Select your surface finish during checkout. Each option affects solderability, shelf life, and cost differently.
ENIG (Electroless Nickel Immersion Gold)
Flat surface, excellent solderability, long shelf life. Best for fine-pitch components and BGA. Lead-free compatible.
HASL / Lead-Free HASL
Traditional tin-lead or lead-free solder coating. Cost-effective for larger components. Slightly uneven surface.
OSP (Organic Solderability Preservative)
Thin organic coating, flat surface, lowest cost. Best for single reflow. Limited shelf life.
Immersion Silver / Immersion Tin
Flat surface, good for press-fit connectors. Requires careful handling and shorter shelf life.
