• All prices listed are exclusive of tax and subject to an additional 5% sales tax.
• ecloudpcb covers shipping fees for deliveries within Taiwan (main island only).

• All content published on this website is the exclusive copyright of ecloudpcb.
• Reproduction, resale, publication of this site's information, or providing access to our service system to other industry peers is strictly prohibited.

• Member accounts are for personal use only and may not be used by third parties.

• Any data provided on this website will be used solely for member-related services.
• Please ensure that your real name, phone number, email, and other details are accurately provided.

• Customers may log in at any time to update or modify their personal information.
• For operational purposes, certain minimum data may not be deleted.

• These terms may be modified without prior announcement.
• Updates will generally be posted on the login page or notified via the email address associated with your account.

1. The warranty period is one month from the shipment date. Please retain the shipping document provided with your order.
2. Upon receipt, please immediately verify the contents, as the warranty period includes transit time.
3. If you receive a product that does not match your order, please contact us immediately for prompt replacement.
4. All exchanges are handled by mail only; on-site exchanges are not available.

1. The warranty for initial defects is valid for one month from the shipment date. Please inspect the product immediately upon receipt.
2. During the warranty period, please retain your invoice and shipping slip as proof.
3. In case of product failure, please contact us immediately to arrange an exchange.
4. Exchanges are processed by mail only. After receiving the returned item, we will inspect it within 1–3 business days and respond with the resolution.

• In the event of damages caused by design or manufacturing issues, ecloudpcb's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
• Quotations are valid for 30 days.
• Warranty service is not provided if the product is resold to a third party.
• Products are intended for general commercial and industrial use only. The following uses are excluded from warranty coverage:
  • High-reliability applications such as vehicles, trains, traffic signals, combustion control, fire/theft prevention systems, aircraft, underwater machinery, nuclear control systems, or life-support medical devices.
  • Prolonged continuous operation, or use in environments exceeding 60°C in temperature or 80% in humidity.

1. Damage or failure due to improper use.
2. Damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or other force majeure events.
3. Damage resulting from user-initiated repairs or modifications.
4. Damage caused by connecting the product to other machinery.
5. Damage from use in vehicles, vessels, or non-commercial/industrial applications.
6. Damage arising from use outside of Taiwan.
7. Damage due to use outside of recommended operating conditions.

• All products provided by ecloudpcb are custom-made to order and therefore are not eligible for return.

• Cancellation of design orders may incur fees based on the progress completed.
• Manufacturing orders cannot be canceled once submitted.
